Freixenet Nevada Card Semi Seco

The traditional ambassador from Freixenet matures on the yeast for at least nine months before it reaches its optimal quality in the well-known frosted sparkling wine bottle. This Spanish Cava presents itself with its bright, light yellow color – on the nose with an invigorating bouquet of peach and honey and a sweet, fruity taste. The fruity Carta Nevada Medium Dry with its semi-dry and full-bodied character still represents the combination of Spanish temperament and sparkling passion. The basis for this is the three grape varieties Xare-lo, Macabéo and Parellada. The Parellada grape variety in particular stands for a fresh and lively acidity with a light body and aromas of apple and citrus.
